VIC met for the first time in March 2008 in a house near Dempsey Hill.
Carols by Candlelight @ Hort Park VIC hosted the first carols by candlelight in an open park in Singapore on 14 December 2008.
Hula Christmas @ Botanical Garden Hula dancers from Hawaii and Japan celebrated Christmas with VIC at Botanical Garden.
